Maybe they are more aimed at the redshite but as the chant goes "he hates Scousers" and that for me doesn't differenicate between blues or reds.

Big Norm didn't have this sort of chant when at Man U and he won me and lots of other blues over with his excellent performances during his sadly only season with us.

I enjoyed him dropping a linesman at Highfield rd.when hoofing 1 into touch, Andy gray was sat in our end behind me and iI heard him go "Ooooooh f***" the liney went like a sack of coal into a cellar.

Big Norm, 37 games for us and 14 goals while playing the holding role in our midfield during 89/90 and he was finished at the age of 25 when players haven't even reached their peak.

What a player he would have been for us but for his injurys.

How can you dismiss Neville as being anything other than a boss defender during his career without a wry smirk?

At his best, there was nobody better, and Ferguson had the choice of every right back in the world waiting to bite his hand off to get in that United team, but stuck with Gary Neville.

So he hates Scousers, in particular red ones. He's never going to come here at 35, but role the clock back 10 years and you'd have creamed your kecks at the thought of him playing in blue m8, and you know it.

I think he'd come here if Moyes wanted but where would he play and who's postion would he take? We're pretty deep at RB now. Plus he's like 3 steps slower than Hibbert now.

That being said he'd be decent in on a side that sits 10 men back and whose backs rarely cross the center line like Brum. He'd he alright on Fulham as well.
 
Never liked Gary, although I guess he could pass his experience and wisdom to the youth players at the club, perhaps this is some secret plan of Fergies... conspiracy.. I think not!
 

For heavens sake no more pensioners please, last thing we need are more players of 30+ age.

TBH although I will probably get shot down I would like to see the Neville we have got, be moved on. Enough players coming through to make him surplus to our needs.
