Just wandering if anybody knows the rules on lost winning slips. I put a horse bet on in County road by our ground today but have accidentally thrown the slip away with my bus ticket whilst out now I have checked racing results and both won at good odds. Can I still be paid out anybody know?

Yeah lost my slips numerous times over the year's. Just had to write the slip out. No probs

Yup just go into the betting shop , tell them when and what it was ! They will ask you to write out a copy then compare it with the original slip , ID may be required!

Go into the branch you put the bet on mate

Tell them when you put it on and the exact stake, bring some ID and you'll be ask to make a rough copy of the original bet

I won't divulge the information or horses but it will pay out more than 50 times my stake.

Wow never knew that, would never have thought they'd be so nice as they let you claim winnings without the original slip.

As a few people have already said, they will ask you to write another betting slip similar to the original (same handwriting)
I've done this once I think and had no problem.
