It's all ok. It's one of those countries where this behaviour is acceptable in the eyes of the governing body.

They actually set fire to part of the stand which housed the Borussia Dortmund supporters with a firecracker/firework. Then you have our fans getting CS gassed and fired at with rubber bullets for playing football in a square.
