French Chef Suing Michelin Over A Souffle

Bloke should be honoured to include the King of all Cheese in his souffle.
The French need to pipe down about their cheese in general - it's second tier compared to the Champion's league of English cheese.

That's about all we've got over them in cuisine, unless you count ale and whisky, but still - needs to be recognised.

Yes, but perhaps he was referring to Scottish, Welsh and Northern Irish whiskies too? Maybe he should have wrote British cheeses to get around this matter. I am not sure it really matters too much with Brexit around the corner, we'll all become experts on British foods and beverages from every corner of the islands as the imports from the continent rot in the lorries at Calais.
