French Chef Suing Michelin Over A Souffle

Bloke should be honoured to include the King of all Cheese in his souffle.
The French need to pipe down about their cheese in general - it's second tier compared to the Champion's league of English cheese.

That's about all we've got over them in cuisine, unless you count ale and whisky, but still - needs to be recognised.
And our black pudding is better than boudon noir.
