Not really, but, if you think in that piece you did what you describe above, well, ok then.
Sanitary proucts in a first aid room, mass period harmonisation...they're not reasons, that's you creating a hypothetical situation to mask the disdain you hold.

Don't feel sorry for me, (if it were genuine concern) it's not what I want or need.

In all honesty I'm ambivalent to the issue. Despite valuing independence and self-reliance very highly, my whole life has revolved around helping the weak and incapable and in getting them fighting against the odds. As part of that I'm against any form of discrimination, even positive discrimination as it, by necessity, will cause an imbalance and injustice elsewhere.

I'm ambivalent because I want no part in a society that ignores or is complacent to those with gross disadvantage yet trumpets helping the able who with a bit of extra planning and forethought, could help themselves.
