The thing is, is to not take things such as this in isolation. The freckles would be a feature that makes up the woman, not the main feature of a woman. It's all about perspective, for example:

When I was at school, one of my mates had a cat called Freckles. Seeing as you've capitalised it in your post, I can only assume you're referring to his cat.

She was a nice cat but I wasn't in any way attracted to her.

In the forces " freckles " is a rather nasty drunken game where a human turd is deposited on a table . Some kind of challenge then ensues where the loser has to place his chin on the table, head first facing towards the turd, something flat is then slapped downwards onto the turd, covering the victim with turd " freckles ". Possibly a game also played by public school boys and rugby union players too.
