Following an incident with one of our popular contributors on here it gave me an idea too trawl for the views on what could be considered to be the 'marmite' of household convenience food.
Who likes/loathes what are your thoughts? Personally I get one or two when they are on offer for £1
they are handy as a standby in the cupboard and don't take up too much room.
I love the pastry but the filling is a bit iffy. My personal favorite is the 'fiery' chicken curry'
The rest of the family loathe any Fray bentos item and one of the benefits of having these handy is they all scarper when one goes in the oven and I get peace and quiet for a short while.
Basically, I was introduced to them as a kid and here I am at 56 still buying them, so is it just for us old gits or do the younger generation like them cos mine certainly don't.
