All of those chains are awful. When I was a teenager I worked in TGIs, Old Orleans and Bella Italia, which was the worst of the lot... their 15 quid lamb shank was a defrosted bag of meat with sauce thrown in the microwave for 8 minutes before being served on some instant mashed potato. lol To be fair, TGI was only bad because of the chavs I knew who worked there, but the food is pretty nice, could swim in their Jack Daniel's glaze.
