With the right financial backing - which I believe he will get with us - he can easily take us into the top 6. Unlikely to be next season but certainly the season after that. I know some will say "why on earth would he want to leave Brighton for the headcase that is Everton?!" but the lure of working with better players (once he's been given cash to spend), employed by a more prestigious club and actually challenging for trophies - instead of settling for Premier League survival - should be enough to turn his head.
