That is the team and tactics i would be looking at, fullbacks pushed up as wing backs. defensive mids covering. i would probably put saha in instead of vellios as he is a better footballer. play the ball on the floor and keep it moving with pace. saha will move when he knows he isn't chasing aimless hoofs.

Yeah Saha is the better player but I'd like to see a forward who plays the game pushed up against their defensive line. Maybe he would do that in a different formation.

Not saying it can't happen, just that it won't. The people who are being ridiculous are saying it IS going to happen, hence it being ridiculous. I think it's far more likely he will be a Rodwell type player in terms of his career. He'll play for us for a season or two at least before the big clubs start getting linked with him properly. (Not including the stupid £20m from United bids that always get spouted for every half decent young player)

Anybody else think they didn't want to play him too much before he was signed up on a long term deal? If you play him and he lights it up and he's on an Academy contract we get very little for him and it's much easier for someone to swoop in and grab him. Now that's he safely under lock and key, I have a feeling we'll see more of young Ross. My gut reaction anyway.
