Ferrari have been accused by Redbull of burning more fuel/increasing fuel flow, than is allowed, due to the engine regs all teams will have near identical fuel loads at each race, so if Ferrari are declaring their fuel inline with their competitors to blend into the pack but are actually putting more in the question would be why do you need to have more fuel in, carrying extra weight?, what's the benefit?

The benefit is they are putting more fuel through the engine, increasing performance, which is what they've been doing for god knows how many races in the middle of the season, LeClerc's 7 poles are tainted and Redbull have a legitimate claim they have robbed 2nd place in the constructors off them.

Red Bull have accused them of nothing. They just asked for clarification that doing it would be wrong, which it is. Ferarri's performace drop in the following races is purely coincidental I'm sure... lol lol lol

We all know Ferrari are cheats, always have been. They get more advantages than any other team in F1 and it's still not enough to win them a title.
If they are 'optimising' the timing of their fuel injections to get past the fuel flow regulations then it will be their in the code they have to submit to the FIA. If they are switching new code in and out of the car before and after races, they should be banned.
