Form for the rest of the year

So 2011 is rapidly coming to a close and as per usual we are hovering just above the dreaded relegation zone, but we have some "winnable" games coming up after the month from hell.

Fixtures = Wolves H
Bolton A
Stoke H
Gunners A
Norwich H
Swansea H
Sunderland A

Im gonna go against the "GOT" grain and be positive for once and say we will win all are home games and pick up a few points away so somewhere between 14-16 points and place us around 8th by the time big ben calls time on 2011, thoughts ?
