Ok so I've bought the memberships. Presumably it knows I have them when I log in, so I can now buy tickets during the priority booking period even before they've sent the cards out? Not urgent yet, but we are going to go to the West Ham game on 30th October first.

Yeah it should be applied to your account more or less immediately. The little drop down where there is a customer number at some point once you've selected tickets should have both your details in

One thing for people to bear in mind. I bought 2 memberships but you have to do them under 2 customer numbers, so it would only let me buy 1 to start with, I had to ring up and they gave my son his own customer number which I then had to associate with mine on the website and allocate 1 ticket to each of us. Anyway it works now so thanks everybody for your help.

Membership card arrived today. Also 'an invite' to apply for £5 off a Cat C ticket for a home game. But looking at the website, I can't find anywhere where it says what games are Cat A, B and C. I'm coming up for the Swansea game in November, but would this be a B or C. Is Cat C just for home cup games against lowly opposition?

I purchased membership in early July and not a peep since. Wrote to the club and they said some company that does those packages to them is slowing things.
