You could forage for the wellies in a local landfill site. I threw an old pair out the other week.

I don't know whether you do it, but imo it's a good policy to add the passed pulp to something like sherry, for a further infusion after the first like.

You can make something called cheese from any left-over pulp, appropriate for this site, called membrillo when using quince.
