Player Valuation: £70m
This long awaited volume will be available to buy in the next couple of weeks. Monies as always will go to the Everton former players foundation and the The Everton FC heritage society. I’ve currently donated between the two charities £6,500.
I am £140 short of contributionsmy next £1,000. Buying this volume will help me achieve my goal.

….yeeeees, the other two are fantastic reading for Evertonians (plus Goodison Memories). Great Christmas presents.

I’ll be ordering mine asap and all for such a good cause, please let us know when/where available @alan ball.

Thanks for the work you do, Steve. They’re essential reference material for the history of Everton Football Club.

I don't mean this in a horrible way, but reading them depresses me. They are terrific books, but they graphically demonstrate just how far we have fallen :(

….not sure that’s the case.

What I love about the individual accounts is that they’re from players who played 1 game or played 300 games. How they signed and the magical moment of stepping inside Bellefield or Goodison.

Times change I suppose and the magic might dilute with monies and foreign players in the game but I dare say there’ll be stories in 40 years from players who first went into FF and BMD, playing for Everton will always conjure memories.

Congrats Steve.

One of my 10 year olds is currently reading Volume 1 again. Was telling me about Latchford's 10k prize debacle the other day.
It was also nice to not have to explain who Carsley was when he got the England job.

He'll be excited for another edition.
It’s just a labour of love for me. I get satisfaction from donating to the cause.
