Probably a few over the years but 2 spring to mind for the amount they consumed.

Gazza. When he was playing for us he stayed a few weeks at the Fox pub in Speke. He was great fun as you would imagine, very generous buying rounds for everyone and permanently pissed. One night in there a mate was having a retirement party and all his family were there, wife, kids , grand kids, the lot. Gazza dropped his kecks and then dunked his nob in my mates missus' drink. Hilarious until he asked her to suck it dry and then everything kicked off good style.

The second one was John Barnes who was on a stag night I went to about 20 years ago. We were in the Revolution around Bold street way on the chilly vodka shots. It was the pits. Knock it back and it feels like your stomach is exploding. Sip it and your whole mouth is on fire. For a bet, John Barnes knocked back 10 chilly vodkas, one after the other, then carried on drinking as if nothing had happened.

Dion Dublin

Jimmy Bullard

Gazza

Darron Gibson

Big Nev

Mix of characters and a couple who would take the night God knows where.

I'm sure I read a letter in an old WSAG years ago from somebody who witnessed a quiet Sunday afternoon drink between Gazza, (when he played for us), David James and Paul Ince somewhere in Parkgate or Neston. Apparently the two RS just had a few beers while Gazza ended up crawling around the pub pretending to be a dog and annoying people.

Howard Kendall. Imagine the stories.

I once got a post-match bus into town with Ian Snodin when there were no taxis around and he was a nice fella. He'd clearly had a few beers and was good company. Ashamed to say I was smashed and I told him he was the best right back I'd ever seen play for the club, based on a handful of games he played there in the late 80s/early 90s.
