There hasn't been any real "enforcers" in hockey in about a decade.

You mean here in the UK or in the NHL ?
There have been quite a few genuine heavyweights who have played and fought over here in the past ten years, and whilst nothing like as many in the NHL as there used to be, there are still some seriously tough guys in the game - they're not encouraged to drop the gloves as much these days, fighting in the NHL is largely flashpoint fighting these days, not the pre-meditated stuff.
