Had a little look around and didn't really see to much on here for anyone who likes to keep a track of players that were born in the City.

Side focus also on, have we ever had so few players from Liverpool playing for top flight clubs, off the top of my head i can think of 4

Trent Alexander Arnold
Anthony Gordon
Ross Barkley

Thats pretty shoddy considering how football centric the city can be

In the weekly news though

Liverpool born Michael Ihiekwe got his 2nd goal in 3 games in Sheffield Wednesdays 1-1 draw with Cardiff (Perry Ng also playing in this game)
Joe Gelhardt,Thelo Aasgaard & Liam Walsh all played against each other in Lutons 1-0 win at Hull
John Lundstrum palyed in Trabsonspors 1-1 draw this weekend, and looks liek he plays week in week out
Callum Connelly & Ibou Touray played in Stockports 2-1 win over Burton
Rabbi Matundo came on as sub for Hannover 96
Lee Nicholls conceded 4 goals to Charlton
Rob Apter played in Blackpools 2-1 win over Steven Schumachers Bolton (Harry Tyrer in goal for Blackpool)

Would love to hear more from others abroad and lower down the leagues too, maybe get a bit of a following going

Also of note, son of Beulizibub himself, the ever inventive names James Carragher has been getting regular game time at Wigan this season, featuring in 24 games this season.
He also made his international debut for Malta???? last week against Finland

Fellow scouser(s) Ronan Darcy, Harry McHugh, Callum McManaman & Jonny Smith also played for Wigan at the weekend, with Luca Connell coming back from injury for Barnsley

Cole Stockton got 2 goals for Salford in there 3-2 win over Bromley, with Lewis Warrington (Wallasey) coming off the bench

An interesting one is Max Dean (former MK Dons & Everton academy) has been playing in Belgium for KAA Gent, but has missed the last 10 games with a ligament injury

Jonjoe Kenny still playing for Hertha Berlin in the 2nd tier of German Football if that counts? Always amazes me how Berlin doesn't have a credibly huge club (they get good crowds but aren't a big club within Germany or Europe).
