Football vs. American Sports

I'm from Philadelphia so naturally I root for the Phillies and Sixers, and I am also a huge Villanova basketball fan (season ticket holder). Never really got into American football or hockey. I started supporting Everton at the beginning of last season after watching English football since 2010. I think it's very clear that football (soccer) is far superior to any professional American sport. Even college sports don't match the premier league. I was just curious to see if any other Americans felt the same.

Hello mate, I am American and agree that all our sports - including basketball - is utter trash.

I also believe that Obama is the best leader ever and he should bomb Texas and turn healthcare free.

I agree with you 100%. American sports don't have the atmosphere that the epl (or bpl) has. The only thing that comes close is college football and college basketball. But even those do not compare.
