John Barnes says the same, but in reality they're both awful managers.

David James has spoke out about it and basically said it's nonsense

Bit off topic but John Barnes and Paul Ince being bad managers doesn't mean their comments about it being much harder for black managers is untrue. And you can't just dismiss that and then say, 'well this one black guy said it's nonsense'

It does when they're talking about their own endeavors.

I do not believe that there are 92 chairmen or chairwomen in the Football League that are racist and would put skin colour before the best for their club, do you?

But none of us really care whether Paul Ince or John Barnes are good managers - people do care whether black managers are discriminated against.

I believe discrimination is a much more nuanced and complicated matter than your questions suggests it is
