football manager facepack help

so ive bought the newest football manager game 2020 and i didnt realise the had lost the rights to the pictures :( ive already got the megapack from fmmobile but i cant seem to get them on game... any other football manager wizz's know how to help?
 

I have the football manager mobile megapack already unizipped from the mobile site its just the putting it in folders thats getting me, do you knowwhat to do with that part?
 

Can anyone help? They say buy the game legally to get pictures then lose the licence especially for the first time ive ever played football manager nice one sports interactive

I take it the instructions didn't work ?

  1. Download the .zip archive and use a tool such as 7-zip for Windows or The Unarchiver for MacOSX to extract its contents.
  2. Move the extracted folder "DF11 Megapack" to:
    Regular FM:
    \Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2020\graphics\
    FM Touch:
    \Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager Touch 2020\graphics\
    Create the folder "graphics" if it don't exist.
  3. Open Football Manager 2020 (or Touch) and go to Preferences > Interface.
    Click the "Clear Cache" button. Return to the same screen.
    Enable "Reload skin when confirming changes in Preferences".
    Click the "Reload Skin" button.
    There should be a box that pops up saying 'loading image data for the new skin'. Once this is done the DF11 Faces should be working within the game.
 

I think the files arent extracted in the right place I have all the pictures on my phone but theres two sega folders for football manager on my phone and my sd card

the instructions havnt worked, i have the df11 megapack with 116000 faces but still cant get them onto my game, i have them saved in graphics on my phone memory and sd card aswell cleared the cache yet still doesnt seem to work
