As such, I need a system of rules I need to adhere to whilst managing Everton on the game.
The rules so far are:
* 4-5-1 at all costs.
* A maximum of two players signed each summer, and none in January. By signed, this means free transfers or loan signings only.
* Any bid of £10m or above for any one of my players has to be accepted.
* At least one player played out of his natural position every competitive game.
* Phil Neville must be selected until he retires of his own free will.
* Phil Neville has to be offered a new two year contract every season.
* No substitutions allowed (except for severe injury) before the 60th minute.
* Any player who takes more than one shot a game from outside the area is substituted immediately and fined.
* I have to irrationally fall out with a leading player once per season and demote him to the reserves.
* If Tim Cahill is fit, he is selected up front automatically.
* If Victor Anichebe is fit, he automatically starts right wing.
* Diniyar Bilyaletdinov, if selected, has to start on the left wing.
* Any substitute in a competitive game who comes on and scores/makes an assist must not be selected for the next game.
* I cannot sign a left-back as cover for Leighton Baines. If Leighton Baines is sold, I cannot sign a left-back as cover for Luke Garbutt. If Luke Garbutt is sold, I cannot sign a left-back as cover for Victor Anichebe.
Any others?
