Premiership record for League Founder members?

If Preston or Burnley get promoted it would take the number of league founder members in the premiership to 7 (WBA presumed relegated) A record for the premiership and the most since 1979

Hope Alan Irvine’s team make it, they need a favour but some good results lately and should do well if they make it into the play offs.

apart from accrington, who didn't last very long, stoke city are the only founder member to have not won either the league or cup - serves them right as they're also the only ones playing in red & white!
