Should they be mixed? Can they really be separated?
Yes when stopping ESL, no when supporting BLM.Should they be mixed? Can they really be separated?
You having a go at @chicoazul of the Twitterati?Football is about kicking a ball and trying to get it at least near the opposition net (take note Everton).
Footballers may be good at kicking balls. This does not relate in any way to their intelligence or insight in any other matter.
Politics is about lying and cheating your way to power and wealth at others' expense. (As ably
demonstrated by Bogoff Johnson). Being good at this does not necessarily mean you can kick a ball.
I wouldn't ask a Nobel prize winning physicist to sing at a festival. I wouldn't ask Miley Cyprus to do surgery on me. I wouldn't ask a footballer their opinion on the situation in Ukraine.
So no - the two are not relevant together. And nobody should be lectured to by someone who's sole qualification is celebrity.
Needs a debate about religion also
Might as well throw @emir into the mixI can think of just the people to start that one off :
