Flip Flops .... Jangles .... even 'Thongs' to some of the G.O.T. Worldwide Community.

Just gettin' my bag together for my hols and there's a pair of l'Alpina Australian Flip-Flops that i wore the once and then consigned to the back of the wardrobe due to my inability to be able to walk in the things, think Monty Python at Lake Garda and you're not far off, plus that thing between my toes gets on my wazz.
I'll probably lob 'em in the bag like but favour the 'Adventure Sandal' myself.... never with socks btw cos that's so wrong I can't even begin.

Question is Yay or Nay ?

Yes of course for proper flip flops.

Pretty sure it's law to own a pair 'round these parts. Although I've found switching to slip on shoes is slightly better in an office, as the A/C is killer.

Adventure sandals are a no from me, but I do not begrudge them.

Lived in Arizona for most of the last 30 years. Firmly on board with the whole flip-flop thing, although I try to avoid driving in 'em.

Got a pair of these before leaving the States...

Like walking on a cloud. Just use these around the house at present as the streets here are kinda dirty even in the nice parts of town. Will defo take when we hit Rio or Vina del Mar.

Also picked up a pair of adidas ones down here to wear when I walk the misses to school on those rainy, street-floody days.

Oh, and if you get any style without the "thong" that fits between big toe and the next one over, DO NOT WEAR SOCKS. It's the flip flop equivalent of that full kit [Poor language removed] Kopite sporting brown dress shoes.

I go for the old Adidas ones, but they're not really a flopper, they're more a moulded sandal

Never socks with any sandal.

I suppose I could make an exception for someone that was hiking or something in them.

But I won't. Socks should never be worn with sandals. Ever.

Top pair. I pretty much live in flip flops and shorts from around May till October. Feels really odd wearing shoes again in the autum.
