1. Stop this rot of buying slow, immobile, ungainly players. it just won't cut it at the highest level. Keane, delph, sig, snide, mina all fit this category. Even teams at the bottom of the table recognise these attributes will get you relegated. We are by far the slowest, most immobile team I've seen this year in the league, especially in midfield.
2. Buy creative players who can see a pass and who are also quick, both in mind and over 50 yards.
3. Buy players whose first instinct isn't to pass it square or backwards and who will actually have the b#@@s to face the opposition.
4. buy a striker who will score goals consistently.
5. We need a mason mount/grealish/maddison/foden/ type number 10 who can add some guile to our attack. In fact, we need 2 attacking midfielders.
Ie: we need a total clearout.
