We beat Chelsea at home last season despite them being too good for us and we played jelavic up front at the time.

surely we are better than the team that played that game and should have a bit of confidence? I mean distin heads the ball yesterday and we beat arsenal and the season start looks different.

Chelsea are only as good as they perform and for a team like us who are dreaming of big things we should be believing we will win these games at home

makes no difference who they play. If we stop them scoring and score on the break like we did for most of yesterday they may as well be Bolton rather than Chelsea.

nope!...we've dropped 2 points against a team that will be relegated, because they were fitter....
we've dropped 2 points against rival for 4th spot, when we had the ideal time to play them (in between 2 Champs league games)....again because they were fitter....

A win next week means we've had a solid but not spectacular start.

It would a reasonable return on given the fixtures but obviously considering we took maximum points last season at home to both Arsenal and Chelsea it still feels a bit below average.
