It seems as though UEFA/FIFA acknowledge there is a problem but dont want to cave to the video technology cry from the rest of the world. I get the impression that they are being a little bit stubborn/childish with this innovation. Wanting the solution to the problems to be their idea?
Just get the one guy sat infont of a telly. 1 less person to pay and will be more effective and wont get in the way of anyone. Simples
