Just going to have one for my dinner, 3 fish fingers, tartare sauce on a couple slices of brioche.
However, would cheese (like a Mc Fish) be decent or rank?
I won’t eat Red sauce so that out the question, but what constitutes the perfect fish finger butty?

Anyway, the answer is both tartare and tomato ketchup. And let's not be ridiculous, plenty of butter on the bread first, let the fish fingers baste in their buttery glory before the sauce gravy arrives to take it all to another level.

Unless it’s the blue stuff they put on the hotdogs at BMD.
