Hey Pad, that was my first too.August 77. the first game of the 77-78 season when Forest went on to win the league. Where about were you? I was in the Street end. I was 12 and every one seemed bigger than me so I don't think you were near. Ha.

yea thats the one me arl fella was a paddock lover used to make me sit on the bars so i could see terrifeid i was we used to follow witch ever way we were kickin in the paddock one half say park end always on the penaty area line next gse

My first and only game was there Australian tour last year when the beat Melbourne Heart 2-0. Saha and Rodwell scored IIRC.

Early 90's, testemonial at Hearts for there Gary Mackay. Don't remeber the game, don't remeber the score but because we had to travel through to Edinburgh, I remember me old fella pulling me out of school at lunchtime so he had time for a pint before the game. That was me from then on.

Through the 90's United were smashing all before them, all my pals at school jumping on the bandwagon, plenty of chances to jump ship for a bit of the glory. But no, obviously something about the way the old boy raised me, I stuck with the Blues. Last day relegation dog fights, god awful summer signings but unwavering loyalty all the same. All paid of with my first ever competetive game, the '95 final.

Thanks Dad, for putting me through all that hell, because when we win it's a lot sweeter than "just another tin pot"

Stood in the Kop(cousins are Liverpool fans) with my everton shirt on in 1994 for a 2-1 defeat. Watson for us, Rush and Fowler for them.
