I'm bored, anyone want to add to this forum? You don't have to lol, or don't have to write any nasty comments,as so many people feel the need to? i would love to hear about your first visit to Goodison Park...Mine was august 86 , we beat nott'm for 2-0 ,sheedy 2...best day of my life ,seeing the plush green grass and sitting in Bullens Road.It was just after the world cup, i think we had a ticker tape sesh before kick off in the gwladys street? Not sure though, can anyone help?

Back in ye olde tymes before it be Goodison Park I was on yonder Mere Green field doing my ploughing.
My olde friends from yonder Everton village and Walton on the Hill suggested we play foote bawl.

Old Dusty the miller who worked down the lane in Spellow mill cleared pigs of field so we could play. After game which was 35 to 21 to Fred the blacksmiths team we downed lots of mead and cider. Fred said we should call ourselves Ye Everton foote ball team. Dusty said bad idea as hare coursing will be a more popular sport

Growing up on the Isle of Wight I didn't get to a game til I was 12. It was a 2-2 draw v Southampton at the Dell in, I think, 1984. Remember Sheedy banging one in from distance

I think this topic may have already been covered a couple of times in the x number of years this forum has been going but....we beat Swindon 6-2 Tony Cottee hatrick, Brett Angell debut and I think Mike Walkers first game in circa 1993, was an epic day for my young self
