Films that should have been boss but ended up being crap?

ive seen 2 proper stinkers at the cinema this year, 1 was The Sitter with Jonah Hill, i renamed it "The Shhitter"

The 2nd one was Cold Light of Day staring Henry Cavill (the new superman 2013) Bruce Wilis and Sigourney Weaver, was truly gash, the only good thing about it was its set in Madrid and i was in Madrid the week before i seen this film so was nice seeing the places i went too

Wasn't impressed at all with Babel. Premise was very good, the delivery was bland and didn't hook me at all.

Considering one of the films the director did before that, Amores Perros, is boss!

Couple years ago yeah, then Jackson took back over. Some of the leaks sound terrible, really going away from story and making their own **** up. Dwarfs riding on wild pigs ffs, giant bunny rabbits, sounding a bit mental to me.

I beat you to it a few posts before this! Definitely agreed. The trailer shows how "clean" the film style looks now. Rather than the atmospheric LOTR trilogy. The Hobbit trailer looks too well made that it actually feels fake. The film will also be the first to screen at 48fps!

I'm worried The Hobbit will be ruined too. It's an ace book. Il love it regardless hopefully because Ian Mckellen.

Yeah I dunno it's a kids book, maybe it should be magical and all that crap, but it doesn't tie in well with LOTR franchise. In saying that, the books were written very differently too. If he goes the kid's route, it'll be ruined for me though.

I have a bad feeling about The Hobbit.
