That's a decent point. The fans certainly appreciate Toure, there was a poll done in Barcelona where the fans voted Toure as the player they most like to see back at the club which says a lot.

I loathe FIFA with every fibre of my being. England is pretty much the only big footballing nation with such a LACK of racism. If anything our clubs, supporters and officials are an example to everyone else.
