If the British game was racist there wouldn't be any non white players, or refs or any other role in the game would there?
Why is it that lack of non white managers means racism but thats not a problem in other roles?

The FIFA lad mentions Eddie Newton.
He was appointed assistant at MK Dons, under RDM. He followed RDM to West Brom, and then to Chelsea. When RDM left Chelsea, Newton remained at the club, and is currently youth team development coach.
I would be interested to know which potential top jobs Newton has applied for, and not got an interview, which was the point of the story. Because he is clearly well thought of at Chelsea.
Or are his talents as a number 2/coach, similar to Brian Kidd, who was pap as a manager, but good enough to be at both City and Utd, as a #2.
