Great news like but if they can give me a better manager mode I'll get it on PC. I understand that they want to make it as "real" as possible but the best career mode for a footie game was PES 2003. Going their custom team with virtual legends like Ximilez and Castolo and then building them up into a monster had a much more "arcadey" feel and was just addictive and kept me interested. I find that playing Fifa now I either go Everton in career mode and never buy anyone because I can't bring myself to sell anyone or I go a lower league team but it takes about 10 seasons to get enough money to get a decent team and then I don't have much longer left before the career mode ends!

Give it stuff like scenarios and that and it'll be much better in my opinion like play through a scenario where you're a small league one side that gets bought out by some rich shiek and he wants the Champions league in 5 years. Or a side with tons of injuries and behind on points that needs to avoid relegation.
 
frankly, they should have been doing that forever ago, ffs.

EA's now-dead* college (American) football game featured the various stadiums of something like 119 colleges and universities. Half the fun of coach mode was adjusting your school's road schedule to go play in other school's cool stadums.



* shame it died. faithfully bought it, however horrible Arizona was, for a full decade. potential lawsuits from players killed it.
