some cracking ideas here.

mine would be to force the utter bell ends you see on most nights out to watch a video of their behaviour the following day and slap them in the face every time they acted in an unaaceptable manner.

This would, in the long term, show significant reduction in ball bag behaviour in the town and cities of the UK. This can only be a good thing.

When i become mayor/MP/PM i shall make this my priority to implement.
