Keep threads to topic. - I am sure its not only me who gets annoyed when several of the active Everton forum threads go completely off topic, almost into private discussion which can alienate most. Its not MSN, use appropriate methods for off topic chit-chat such as the PM system, visitor messages or even e-mails.
We all drift off topic from time to time, I can be one of the worst for it but please make an effort to try and keep threads in the Everton forum to topic.
Avatars/Signatures - keep them simple. This isn't MySpace. Theres been an increase in massive, flashing, animated crap lately. If you really want to show everyone something like that, just put the link with a description. Like this 'Kenwright Animation'.
If signatures distract from the main body of the text, they will be removed without notice.
