Player Valuation: £70m
I want him. I want him like i want Haagen Daaz, I know I shouldn't and its a little naughty. But I want a player who can dance around Fabregas, can **** the ball into the Utd net with great ease.

I want charisma, I want class, I want Fernandes. I don't care what people say I want him.

I gave up smoking 6 years ago. I don't do drugs. I want Fernandes.

There I said it.

:)

Ok here is the thing...

Fernandse is a good, fast agilitic player. However he was very inconsistent. personally i would love to sign him, because i think everton need him and can get the most out of him...

Your out of your fukkin mind. How many times do people have to say......Let him rot.

Yes he showed moments of pure class, but that was it. i remember sitting their thinking when hes not on the ball he's about the worst player iv seen an somtimes on it to. no point playing for 20mins out of 90.

I would never swap him for the likes of pienaar who never stops aswell as being great on the ball and scoring goals, tackling back and just fitting into the team. how long before ferna...wankstain would want to fukk off??

so again ghost (dont take it personal)But your out of your fukking mind

Like I say, I don't care what people say. So what if he [Poor language removed] did the dirty, I don't care. At the end of the day, its what matters on the pitch not off it.

We'll never win the league by being too nice and obeying principles.

Yes true but we wont win the league by buying that tosser neither!!

He was never that good. in flashers yes but that was it. great goal against utd, great dribble againat arse, great em'....em'......em' great throw in??

Scratchers head*

Well if Messi had spent his whole life praying to a Bill Shankly shrine in his bedroom. Had let his dog do a slash up against the Wilmslow's front door. Even if he had a Liverpool tattoo. I would have him in my side tomorrow.

So ok, if we don't go for Fernandes, who regardless of what people think of him, has the potential to be one of the best players Portugal have produced, then we need to bring in someone of equal or better quality.

Don't take it too seriously mate, I just think he would add to the team. Remember everyone thought Yak was crap and look at what he has done under Moyes.

I was actually gonna make a topic about this earlier when I read this article:
A Bola report that Fernandes will be one of the players offered to clubs, after the former Everton midfielder fell way down the pecking order since Ronald Koeman was instated as the club's head coach.

Fernandes and Koeman have a history which goes back to the young Portuguese international's time with Benfica, and Koeman is apparently allowing Manuel the opportunity to find himself a new home, after three turbulent months at Estadio Mestalla.

Fernandes' departure left a sour taste in the mouths of all Evertonians, but only the club's hierarchy know exactly what went on during the two-week long transfer debacle.

The player had verbally agreed to join the Blues and was chairman Bill Kenwright's guest for the 1-1 draw with Blackburn Rovers earlier this season.

However, despite the efforts of messrs Wyness, Moyes and Kenwright, Everton could not appease the contractual issues regarding third party ownership with the Premier League, and the move was abandoned.

Whether Fernandes chose to move to Spain over the North West of England remains to be seen.

The player is said to be good friends with Mikel Arteta off the field, and has been spotted on numerous occasions in the city with the Spaniard.

Will Everton resurrect a move for the talented Fernandes?
When I saw him play against Chelsea he looked like real [Poor language removed], but I was really impressed with his spell here. Not sure if I'd take him back, because of what he did though.

if you haven't read the other thread we have been linked to him again via a portugal site called a bola; which I thought was one of the deadly diseases you get from eating monkeys in the democratic republic of congo.

Valencia are quite satisfyingly going down the tubes after some pre-season talk of competing for the la liga title.

Manny unhappy, and is having to play under a manager that he originally played under (or not as the case was) in portugal; went on loan abroad as they didn't see eye to eye.

So maybe he wants out, but I can't see us going for him, for the reasons I stated in that thread.

I think the haagen daz comparison is spot on...

looks fantastic sitting in the fridge... but then you realise youve shelled out a packet and only got two spoonfuls.

...suppose ice cream never got up and [Poor language removed] off to someone elses fridge though
