According to some papers the FA were goi8ng to look into his remarks. For me that is very interesting because they stayed well clear of Moyes and what he had to say after the Derby. Clearly the FA wanted to keep well away from Moyes, could that be taken as an admission of guilt.

If anything Rob, it looked as if Moyes was deliberately trying to get called up by the FA so that he could officially say what Clattenburg had told him after the game, i.e. "but how could I gave you a penalty Dave when Rafael just wrote me this cheque for one milion pounds, it simply wouldnt be fare"
