The gist, according to an english translation I found on the net, is that:
a) She was given no input or previous knowledge to the hiring of new players, that she would have to manage, only becoming aware of it through a list of medical tests.
b) She never received the preparation game schedule.
c) She was systematically ignored, first by the Sports Director and then by the owner on all issues about preparing the team.
So it seems like she was hired just for a publicity stunt and the owner never actually intended to have her actually manage the club. She quit as soon as she realised that she wasn't expected to actually do the job she thought she had got.
