Apparently Felli picked up a knock against the Pie Boys on Saturday.

Here's the link:

Here is the translation (albeit a bit rough):

Midfielder Marouane Fellaini (Everton) package must provide for the games with the Red Devils against Serbia and Scotland.

Fellaini has a tear in the transition of the sinewy at the level of the knee. That was this afternoon after a scan set. Fellaini was the injury on Saturday in the match with his club Everton FC vs. Wigan Athletic. He will have three weeks outside conflict.

With his club Everton FC has agreed that he will recover that time in Belgium.

Coach Marc Wilmots raises no replacement on.

This might sound a bit stupid but injuries seem to be falling at good times for us this season. Obviously you don't want them, but they're inevitable.

If he gets a good rest he'll only miss QPR and then we've got a run of harder games.

Three weeks has him missing the derby mate :/
