Should the 'fro sign a new contract, I'm sure Bill and Moyes will indeed make a big show of trumpeting that. much as SAF did when Rooney re-signed, Benitez did when Gerrard re-signed, Wenger did when Van Persie re-signed, etc...

I'm glad he's signed, means that if he does want to go we can get top dollar for him. Sorry to put a sour point on this but in his rant on another thread Xavi quoted someone ITK who talked about selling Felli if the club were not sold by January. I'd say one thing. If you're in the know, never make claims that fall outside of your competence - it makes your good work look amateurish.

Sorry about this, I just feel justified when I challenged Xavi's "information" - something I would rarely do.

Not fapping over this until after next summer. If we continue to be average to **** this season he'll probably still leave in the summer. Good thing is though that this will mean at least another couple of million added to the fee. Either that or it's good news on the takeover club and he's seen the ambition of the club from that. Wishful thinking mind...
