Everton have been ordered to pay an initial £600,000, which could rise by an additional £750,000 depending on appearances for 16-year-old Luke Garbutt.
The promising defender signed for the Everton in July after exercising an option to leave Leeds United, where he had been a part of the League One side's academy.
Should Garbutt make a senior international appearance, Everton will make a further additional payment of £200,000, while Leeds would also receive 20 per cent of any profit should Garbutt be sold on.
