It's a work of beauty that song.

I'm always a big fan of harmonies like he uses here and the the music is emotional and uplifting and perfectly match the lyrics which people can instantly identify with whether they choose to relate it to a lover, religion or family.

I know people will scoff but i really liked the George Michael and Mary J Blige version too. They didn't do anything remarkable to the arrangement but I'm a big George Michael fan and they both sang it great and I enjoyed it as a duet.
