I called my (very scouse herself) girlfriend a 'WUM' the other day
On a slightly related note, I worked in a summer camp in the US a few years ago and one of the kids I was looking after asked how to insult people in scouse.
My advice was call someone "you absolute <insert any random object here>" with conviction and aggression and that typically works
This 13 year old American kid came out with "You absolute Rice Cooker!" lol
