Three Lions would have to be up there for me

The verse "So many jokes, so many sneers, and all those oh so nears, way you down, through the years", always makes me think of Everton actually

After hearing it at The Hawthorns last weekend (Not sure why they were using Chelsea's song, but hey-ho), I'd also have to give a shout out to Liquidator. Always reminds me of playing GTA: London on the PlayStation lol

In the jungle the mighty jungle the lion sleeps tonight.

a whim away a whim away a whim away

Not a footy song but I just wondered how many people will have this stuck in their heads once reading.

As a kid in the mid 80's at Goodison, Chelsea always seemed to sell out the away end.
And then sang "ten men went to mow" for what always seemed the whole game.

Always think of that song when I thinking Chelsea still..

I remember back then, Chelsea fans waving £10 and £20 notes at all the scalls in the paddock.

They started singing back, 'thank you very much for paying our gyro's thank you very much, thank you very very very much'

Quite funny at the time.

Theres an Atletico Madrid version of a common Spanish football song that goes something like the below, and I love it because I think it was a great fan reaction to the absolute kick in the balls that it must be to almost beat your hated rivals in a Champions League final but have them equalize in injury time and go on to win

como no te voy a querer
como no te voy a querer
si fuiste campeon de Europa hasta 93

Basically means How can I not love you when you were champions of Europe until the 93rd minute, and they were singing it loud and long from the start of the next season.

...if that happened to Everton, I think I'd be too busy pretending to myself that football doesn't exist and never did

Anything by Chas and Dave obviously.

The first time we made the CL someone made a great YouTube video using Florence and the Machine's 'The Dog days are Over' as the backing track. Always makes me think of Spurs when I hear it now.

I love this song they play before Celtic home games.

I always wish we had a song like this.....which takes a stroll down Celtic's memory lane and references loads of their great players.

Any of you wannabee songwriters out there feel you coukd do an Everton version of that :)

Annie's Song - Sheffield United

24 secs on....

Top song and otherwise known locally and affectionately (unless your an Owl) as The Greasy Chip Butty Song. Very loud if stood on their Kop!

You Fill Up My Senses,
Like A Gallon Of Magnet,
Like A Packet Of Woodbines,
Like A Good Pinch Of Snuff,
Like A Night Out In Sheffffffffffield,
Like A Greasy Chip Butty,
Like Sheffield United,
Come Fill Me Again,
Na Na Na Na Na...OOOOHH!

I'm also partial to a bit of Hymns and Arias as sung by Swansea fans but my fondness for it isn't because of football, yet rather from the rugby.

Stood in the Millennium Stadium on a cold Friday night with the roof closed, that and Land of My Fathers are almost certain to induce spine tingles.
