Beef when Mrs Jock is cooking, gammon when I'm in the apron. I do it with a honey and mustard rub, garlic and coriander roasties, huge dollop of creamy mash, carrots, brocolli, cauliflower and no less than two yorkies.

sounds amazing, can you come and visit me on sunday, preferably with your ingredients, and can i please swap the cauli for cabbage or peas please?

Any of them as long as they're cooked well, tbh.

Badly cooked lamb is one of the worst things ever, but it's absolutely lush cooked right. My nan put me off the stuff for years, used to be like greasy chewing gum, **** knows what she used to do to it.

Badly cooked beef is pretty crap as well, should still be pink in the middle.

Beef as it's the most versatile. Love lamb, mutton also. Pork isn't bad, although Pork scratchings are yum yum. Proper animal lover me..
