there's looooads of 'em.

I haven't seen many in recent years, but as a kid gobbled them up on repeat VHS-viewings. Rewatched Excalibur to make sure it's as good as I remember...and by the dragon! It is one of the greatest films ever made!

I've left out animated films, and also more reality-orientated like the Indy movies, Ghostbusters, He-Man, Big Trouble in Little China, Critters, Gremlins, Golden Child etc - i.e. not based in a fantasy world. Also left out those teen-fantasy movies (no, not that sort of teen fantasy) of nerdy boys getting into spaceships and that (Last Starfighter etc).

Still leaves us with a seven hells of a list.


Multiple choice as otherwise it's too hard.
 

Big Trouble in Little China? Goonies? If they count those are my choices along with Princess Bride(one of my favorite movie of all time).

I had to sift it some way to bring the list down:
