Yes it is. Hershey's is just god awful. All the good stuff here is either Dove or Lindt. Godiva is trash as well (IMO). Nestle is a decent source (Lion, Baby Ruth, Crunch). Cadburys is my second face choccie after Lindt chocolate balls. The USA made chocolate does not stand up to even mediocre euro choc.

Reeses are alright, but nothing special. Rafuh, go down to the grocery store and get some aforementioned Lindt truffle balls, or a bag of Dove Promises or try and source out a pack of Ferrero Roche. He'll, grab yourself a jar of Nutella and sit back and enjoy good choccie.
